I can't promise a fixed timeline. It depends on how many requests I have received and how interesting your project is. I prioritize especially outdated websites and unique businesses – including charities and social enterprises. Some rebuilds take a week, others take longer. I will keep you updated.

I preserve your content and URLs wherever it makes sense. Your search rankings shouldn't be negatively affected by the redesign itself. However, I can't guarantee your rankings will improve, stay the same, or remain stable – that depends on many factors beyond a redesign. This is a website redesign project, not an SEO project.

Yes, basic features like contact forms can be integrated. However, complex functionality or custom forms might lead me to decline your request. I will let you know if something is outside scope.

You own it completely. I transfer it to your webspace, and it's yours to use and modify however you want. You don't have exclusive rights to the design itself – I may reuse design patterns for other projects. However, your materials – your photos, logos, and any other content you provide – are yours alone. I never reuse or repurpose your materials for other clients. As for the copy and materials you provide, you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them. I don't check this.

Yes. The goal is a design that looks great on both desktop and mobile. Most of my projects target businesses that don't have a mobile-friendly website yet. I won't promise pixel-perfect optimization for every device, but it will be fully responsive.

Typically, I will transfer the website to your existing hosting provider. I handle the technical transfer. However, if your server setup is too complex – like if you have no database support or storage space issues – I reserve the right to decline the transfer. In those cases, I will discuss alternatives.

Only if you opt-in. It's completely optional. If you check the box, I might create a YouTube video or Instagram posts showing the redesign process. Before I publish anything, you'll see and approve the video – I don't upload without your permission. If you prefer, I can blur or pixelate personal information like employee photos, names, your company name, or domain. Your privacy is respected. If you don't opt-in – I won't create any content. Your choice, fully.

Not automatically. A redesign makes your online presence more appealing and modern, especially on mobile. But getting new customers depends on many things – your marketing, your offer, your pricing, your industry. I can't guarantee new business. That's on you.

Not as part of the standard package. This is a "take it or leave it" deal. Before I start, you can share initial ideas. After that, the creative direction is mine. You won't get revision rounds included. That said, I might make small adjustments out of goodwill – but it's not guaranteed.

A modern homepage for small businesses. This is for companies that either have no website or have a really outdated one that needs updating. I redesign the homepage to be clean, modern, and mobile-friendly.

No. I use your existing content from your old website. I don't write new copy or create new material. After it goes live, you can update and edit the content yourself.

No problem. If I get access, I can install it on any hosting provider. Alternatively, I will give you the complete files and you can install it yourself.

Possibly, but ideally you handle that yourself. I am not a hosting company – I am a redesign service. I can advise, but registering and managing your domain is your responsibility.
